We Conquered More Together in 2025

We reflect on 2025, and our hearts are filled with gratitude for what this year has meant and for each of you, with whom we have been blessed to experience it with. MTN OPS has always been more than a brand. It is a community rooted in purpose, connection, and a shared desire to Conquer More together.

This year took us across the country and beyond through many trade shows alongside our incredible retail partners. We stood shoulder to shoulder with those who help bring MTN OPS to life and were humbled to be recognized as Vendor of the Year at one of our retail conventions. That recognition belongs to every person who believes in this mission and helps advance it.

We also engaged with our customers in person at events such as the Western Hunt Expo, SHOT Show, NWTF, Total Archery Challenge, and more. These moments are everything to us. Shaking hands, hearing stories, praying with people, laughing together, and connecting in person fuel our passion and remind us why we do what we do.

With our partners, ambassadors, and MTN OPS team members, we participated in more than a dozen hunts worldwide. These experiences were more than just an adventure. We lived the passion of the hunt, strengthening relationships, and participating in conservation in its purest form. Time in the field has a way of refining perspective and grounding us in gratitude.

We celebrated eleven years of business at our annual MTN OPS Conquer Summit. A full day created to help us Conquer More physically, spiritually, mentally, and socially. We celebrated the incredible transformations of those who participated in our Conquer 90 Challenge. Watching our community come together to grow, sweat, and connect was a powerful reminder that progress is best made together.

This year also marked the launch of The Conquer Cast podcast. With over fifty guests, it has been a true privilege to sit down with men and women who live lives of purpose and perseverance. Hearing their stories and sharing them with the world has been a blessing. There are many more conversations to come, and we are just getting started.

One of the most meaningful milestones in MTN OPS history was reached in 2025 through Operation Conquer Hunger. Because of this incredible community, we surpassed 10 million meals donated and then went on to surpass 11 million meals donated to families in need. These meals have reached struggling families across our nation and in many countries worldwide. The loaves and fishes continue to be multiplied for the nourishment and well-being of God's most vulnerable children, many of whom live right around us. This work is sacred, and it is only possible because of you.

Our team continues to grow, our dedication is amplified, and our commitment has never been stronger. We are focused on helping every person we are blessed to work with Conquer More through incredible products and an unmatched community.

At MTN OPS, we fuel the passion and performance of those who live to Conquer More. We are grateful for your trust in the products we create and the flavors our team continues to develop. Many new products were launched this year, and many more are on the way. We look forward to sharing them with you all. 

As we close this year, we do so with humility and reverence, recognizing that every blessing we have experienced in 2025 and in every year comes from God. We strive to recognize Him in all things, including in the workplace, and to openly acknowledge His hand in our lives. We are grateful for His guidance, provision, and grace, and we look forward with faith and trust to the blessings that are yet to come.
