      1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

      Personal information you disclose to us 

      In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

      We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Website, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, make a purchase, complete a survey or participate in a promotion, attend or participate in a program or event, provide your email, or when you participate in activities on the Website or otherwise when you contact us.

      Personal Information Provided by You. We collect names; phone numbers; email addresses; mailing addresses; usernames; passwords; contact preferences; billing addresses; debit/credit card numbers; date of birth; and other similar information.

      Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument.       Social Media Platforms.  When you interact with any of our pages or accounts on any social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, or Pinterest), we may collect the personal information that you make available to us on that platform, which may include your account ID.  We will comply with the privacy policies of the corresponding social media platform and we will only collect and store the personal information that we are permitted to collect by the social media platforms. 

      Surveys and Promotions.  From time to time we may provide you with the opportunity to participate in surveys or other promotions, which might be sponsored or conducted by us or a third party.  If you participate, we will request certain personal information from you.  Participation in these surveys and/or promotions is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose your personal information. The requested personal information typically includes contact information. 

      All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

      Information automatically collected

      In Short: Some information – such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics - is collected automatically when you visit our Website.

      We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Website. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Website and other technical information.       2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

      In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.

      • To facilitate account creation and log on process. If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process for the performance of the contract.
      • To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our Website that may contain personal information.  Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and the content of the testimonial. If you wish to update, or delete your testimonial, please contact us at support@mtnops.com and be sure to include your name, testimonial location, and contact information.
      • Request feedback. We may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Website.
      • To enable user-to-user communications. We may use your information in order to enable user-to-user communications with each user’s consent.
      • To manage user accounts. We may use your information for the purposes of managing our account and keeping it in working order.

                                                  • MTN OPS may collect your email address via cookies and pixels on the Website through the use of trusted third party partners.  These partners may combine your email information with other information they have access to such as mailing address so that MTN OPS may serve relevant marketing offers to you via direct mail.  If you do not want MTN OPS to collect information about you, please contact us to opt out.

Except for a commercially reasonable time for backups, archival and/or audit purposes, no other purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.

                                                                      When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

                                                                            9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

                                                                            Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

If you are logged in on a certain social media platform and you interact with a widget or button belonging to that social media platform, this information may be recorded to your profile of such social media platform. To avoid this, you should log out from that social media platform before accessing or using the Website. Social media features and widgets may be hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Website. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy notices of the companies that provide them.                                                                             Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.  If you are using an authorized agent to exercise your right to opt-out we may deny a request if the authorized agent does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf.

                                                                            We may disclose your personal information with our service providers pursuant to a written contract between us and each service provider. Each service provider is a for-profit entity that processes the information on our behalf.

                                                                            MTN OPS, LLC has not sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. MTN OPS, LLC will not sell personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users and other consumers.

                                                                            Right to request deletion of the data - Request to delete

                                                                            You can ask for the deletion of your personal information. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation or any processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.

                                                                            Verification process

                                                                            Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g. phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.

                                                                            We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. If, however, we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.

Upon receiving a request to opt-out, we will act upon the request as soon as feasibly possible, but no later than 15 days from the date of the request submission.

                                                                            If we decide to offer a financial incentive, we will notify you of such financial incentive and explain the price difference, as well as material terms of the financial incentive or price of service difference, including the categories of personal information that are implicated by the financial incentive or price or service difference.
