HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION

To avoid any future subscription charges, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled ship date.

  1. Log into your mtnops.com account and select 'Autoship Subscriptions' to
    access your subscription dashboard.
  2. In the dashboard, select 'Manage Subscriptions' and choose the product you wish to cancel. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Cancel Subscription.'
  3. Complete the cancellation form by answering the questions provided. At the end of the form, select 'Cancel Subscription' to proceed or 'Keep Subscription' if you decide to retain it.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE FREQUENCY OF MY SUBSCRIPTION
  1. Log into your mtnops.com account and select 'Autoship Subscriptions.' From there you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.
  2. Once in your dashboard select 'Manage Subscriptions' and select the product you wish to change.
  3. In the "Your Subscription to [insert product name]" go down to where you can change the qty and the delivery frequency.
  4. Save your changes
HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY DATE
  1. Log into your mtnops.com account and select 'Autoship Subscriptions.' From there you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.
  2. Once in your dashboard select 'Manage Subscriptions' and select the product you wish to change.
  3. Select the "RESCHEDULE" button and select to delay it 1 week, 2 weeks, or select a custom date up to 3 months away.
  4. Save your changes.
HOW DO I SKIP MY SUBSCRIPTION
  1. Log into your mtnops.com account and select 'Autoship Subscriptions.' From there you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.
  2. Once in your dashboard select 'Manage Subscriptions' and select the product you wish to change.
  3. Select the "SKIP" button and select "Yes, SKIP FROM THIS ORDER"
  4. Not sure you wanted to actually skip? Just select the "UNSKIP" button and your good to go.
CAN I SWAP MY SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER

Absolutely you can swap your subscription for another product! Here are the steps on how to do this.

  1. Log into your mtnops.com account and select 'Autoship Subscriptions.' From there you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.
  2. Once in your dashboard select 'Manage Subscriptions' and select the product you wish to change.
  3. Select the "Swap this for a different product" section on the bottom of the page. Search for the product you wanna switch to and select it. change your Product and flavor variation you want, The quantity you want, and the delivery frequency,
  4. Save your changes.
CAN I CONSOLIDATE MY MULTIPLE SUBSCRIPTIONS INTO ONE

Yes it is possible to consolidate multiple subscriptions into one subscription. In order to do this though it'll require you to contact our support team at this moment to help you with this!

WILL I STILL NEED TO PAY SHIPPING ON MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Shipping charges apply if your order total is under $99. However, if your order exceeds $99, you
may qualify for free shipping within the lower 48 states.

HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY SUBSCRIPTION?
  1. Log into your mtnops.com account and select 'Autoship Subscriptions.' From there you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.
  2. Once in your dashboard select 'VIEW YOUR NEXT ORDER'
  3. Scroll down to the "You may also like" section and click on "Browse all products." From there you can add any products to your next subscription order
