Conquer Corner: Opportunity

At MTN OPS, one of our core values is Opportunity:
We foster an atmosphere that allows you and others to reach your full potential.
That statement isn’t just a feel-good phrase; it’s a call to action.
Opportunity is more than just what’s presented to you. It’s also about what you create for others. One of my favorite quotes, which I included in The Conquer Code, says it best:
"They rise highest who lift as they go."
We live in a world that often tells us to climb fast and high, sometimes without regard to who we leave behind. But at MTN OPS, success means nothing if it’s not shared. When we rise, we bring others with us. We create space for potential to grow, for dreams to be seen, and for people to become who they were built to be.
In The Conquer Code, I wrote:
“We must never feel like our opportunities in life have passed us by… each new day is a new opportunity to conquer a little more… Where there is a will and a day, there is a way.”
Many incredible individuals have seen MTN OPS not just as a brand but as a stepping stone in their journey. They took the opportunity not just for a paycheck or a role but as a path to rise to their potential. My hope has always been that the time they spent here helped them see more in themselves than they did before. In turn, I’ve been shaped by their stories and strengthened by their examples.
True opportunity lifts, awakens the divine within others, and multiplies when given away. At MTN OPS, we will always be a place that fosters growth, where rising to your potential is just the beginning, and lifting others as you go is the expectation.
So today, ask yourself, who can I lift?
What door can I open for someone else to walk through?
Because in the end, those who lift as they go rise the highest.
