After the TAC (Total Archery Challenge) event last year, I decided that I couldn't keep doing what I was doing and have fun with life.
So after trying some things on my own and having limited success (as I have had with a few other attempts) I decided to get the weight loss program from MTN OPS. The best thing about that program was I got a free health consultation with an amazing nutritionist who has become my personal cheerleader, Kelsie Foster. Kelsie broke down what I needed to do and how I could reach my goals (weight, running, and workouts). The help that I got has made a world of difference. I got plugged into the Conquer More Community on Facebook and, that's been a huge help for me. This group challenges me physically, mentally, and spiritually.
I'm very thankful for the help that MTN OPS has given me, but I'm more thankful for my MTN OPS family. They cheer me on and help me through struggles and it's nice to just know that others are doing the same as you.
