Overnight Oats

I have seen so many times where moms write on Instagram and Facebook that they don’t have enough time to eat a healthy breakfast. Breakfast is the start of your day which means it’s the most important meal of the day. I started making overnight oats about eight months ago for during the week and it is so easy and convenient and I know I am getting a good meal. This breakfast is always on-the-go, high protein and very nutritional. The oatmeal gives you a great source of energy to get your day started. These overnight oats have literally changed my life and I hope that they can change yours too. I made a reel that demonstrates on how I make my oats every night before I go to bed and they are ready for me in the morning to grab and go.

The recipe
•1/2 cup of dry oats
• 1 scoop of protein
• 1 tbsp flax seed
• 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
• mix together and put in fridge overnight

I usually add a few blueberries and some chopped up walnuts in the morning to give it a little extra kick. It is as simple as that. Did I mention that these overnight oats are delicious? Because they absolutely are. My two favorite Magnum protein flavors are vanilla and berries and cream which I add to my overnight oats every time for added protein and to successfully decrease hunger.

So, there it is! Your quick and easy guide to a delicious and nutritious breakfast every single morning.
