So good! Our whole family loves Super Reds and Greens- from age11-50! A great, easy way to pack in some nutrition. We mix with water. I like to mix the reds and greens together, most everyone else likes them separate.
These taste absolutely delightful! I really don’t know all the benefits/negatives of all these, but I do know it’s hard to get all the fruits and veggies that we are supposed to get on a daily… so to have something that tastes so good that I can just drink down, it’s quite convenient!

I was very hesitant on trying this product as most greens supplements are completely “gross”. But with the recommendations from customer service and their thoughtsI gave them a try. Ever since I had my third baby, I've struggled with my iron levels. I try to eat healthy but diet just isn't enough.
