Eligibility to Enter

The Fuel Your Fall Giveaway ("Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and affiliates of MTN OPS, Jumping Jack Trailers, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on August 11, 2026, at 12:00 AM MT and ends on August 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM MT ("Promotion Period").

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

Participants may enter by submitting their name, email address, and phone number through the official MTN OPS Fuel Your Fall Giveaway landing page during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries using different email addresses, identities, automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods intended to circumvent the entry limit are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The random drawing will be conducted by MTN OPS or its designated administrator on or about August 18, 2026.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, MTN OPS reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Giveaway Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• One (1) Jumping Jack Trailer 6x12 BLACKOUT with 8' Tent
• One (1) MTN OPS Gift Card $1000

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $14,495

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. No substitutions are permitted except at the sole discretion of MTN OPS, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

The winner is solely responsible for any transportation, registration, licensing, insurance, title transfer fees, taxes, or other expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize unless otherwise expressly stated.

General Rules

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of MTN OPS, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

MTN OPS reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms & Conditions, attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

MTN OPS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure events, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity, administration, security, or proper operation of the Promotion.

Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless MTN OPS, Jumping Jack Trailers, Meta, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, injuries, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Taxes & Prize Responsibilities

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Because the prize value exceeds applicable federal reporting thresholds, the winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number and complete a W-9 form before receiving the prize.

MTN OPS may issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the fair market value of the prize as required by law.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Promotion is subject to the MTN OPS Privacy Policy.

By entering, participants agree that their information may be collected and used by MTN OPS for the administration of the Promotion, winner notification, prize fulfillment, marketing communications, and related promotional purposes. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
