Giveaway Rules

Eligibility to Enter

This giveaway (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and affiliates of MTN OPS, Chêne, and participating partner brands, as well as their immediate family members or anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on October 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST and ends on October 24, 2026, at 11:00 PM CST (the "Promotion Period").

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on Monday, October 26, 2026. The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official MTN OPS social media account.

How to Enter

This giveaway is hosted in connection with Chêne Fest on October 24, 2026.

To enter, participants must:

1. Take a photo or video at the MTN OPS booth or featuring MTN OPS product while attending Chêne Fest on October 24, 2026.
2. Post the photo or video to their social media Story or feed between 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM CST on October 24, 2026.
3. Visibly tag @mtnops in the Story or feed post.
4. Ensure the post is shared from a public social media account so MTN OPS can view and verify the entry.

Each qualifying Story or feed post counts as one (1) entry. Participants may earn multiple entries by sharing multiple qualifying posts throughout the event.

Each entry must feature the MTN OPS booth and/or MTN OPS product at Chêne Fest, visibly tag @mtnops, be posted from a public social media account, and be published during the Promotion Period.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the odds of winning. Entries that are private, submitted outside the Promotion Period, fail to meet the stated requirements, or cannot be viewed or verified by MTN OPS may be disqualified at the sole discretion of MTN OPS.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period by MTN OPS or its designated administrator.

The selected winner will be contacted via direct message from the official MTN OPS social media account on or after Monday, October 26, 2026. The winner will have 48 hours from the time of notification to respond with their full name and email address to claim the prize.

If the selected winner does not respond within the required 48-hour timeframe, fails to provide the requested information, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

MTN OPS is not responsible for direct messages that are not received or reviewed by the selected winner due to account restrictions, privacy settings, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond MTN OPS's control.

Giveaway Prize

Grand Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) $350 electronic MTN OPS gift card.

Approximate Prize Value: $350.00

Prize Conditions

Once the winner has been confirmed, the MTN OPS Customer Service team will email the winner their electronic MTN OPS gift card using the email address provided during prize verification. The gift card is redeemable online at mtnops.com, subject to applicable gift card terms and conditions.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law. MTN OPS reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item or gift card of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

General Rules

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of MTN OPS, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

MTN OPS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time due to technical failure, fraud, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor that could compromise the integrity, administration, security, or fairness of the giveaway.

MTN OPS reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions, tampers with the entry process, or engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise improper conduct.

No substitutions, cash alternatives, or transfers of the prize are permitted except at the sole discretion of MTN OPS.

Liability Release

By entering, participants release and hold harmless MTN OPS, Chêne, participating partner brands, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

Taxes & Prize Responsibilities

Any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The winner is responsible for complying with any applicable tax obligations arising from receipt of the prize. MTN OPS may request additional information from the winner if required by applicable law.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah.

Privacy

All participant information is subject to the MTN OPS Privacy Policy.

By entering, participants agree that information provided to MTN OPS may be collected and used for the administration of the Promotion, winner notification, prize fulfillment, and related promotional purposes, in accordance with the MTN OPS Privacy Policy.
