Giveaway Rules

Eligibility to Enter

  1. This giveaway (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and affiliates of MTN OPS and participating partner brands, as well as their immediate family members or anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on July 4, 2026, and ends on July 11, 2026, at 11:59 PM MT (the "Promotion Period").

Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message and/or email on or before July 14, 2026.

How to Enter

This giveaway is hosted exclusively on Instagram through an official MTN OPS giveaway post.

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow MTN OPS and all participating partner brand Instagram accounts listed in the giveaway post.
  2. Like the official giveaway post.
  3. Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments of the giveaway post.

Each separate comment containing a tagged friend counts as one (1) additional entry. Participants may submit multiple comments; however, each comment must tag a different individual. Spam entries, automated entries, or duplicate tags may be disqualified at the sole discretion of MTN OPS.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Winner Selection

Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period by MTN OPS or its designated administrator.

Selected winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the official MTN OPS account and will have 72 hours to claim their prize. If a selected winner does not respond within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law. MTN OPS reserves the right to substitute any prize component with an item of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable.

General Rules

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of MTN OPS, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

MTN OPS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time due to technical failure, fraud, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor that could compromise the integrity, administration, security, or fairness of the giveaway.

No substitutions, cash alternatives, or transfers of prizes are permitted except at the sole discretion of MTN OPS.

Liability Release

By entering, participants release and hold harmless MTN OPS, all participating partner brands, Instagram, Meta, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Taxes & Prize Responsibilities

All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.

Winners may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. If required by law, MTN OPS may issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of the prize awarded.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah.

Privacy

All participant information is subject to the MTN OPS Privacy Policy.

By entering, participants agree that their information may be collected and used by MTN OPS for the administration of the Promotion, winner notification, prize fulfillment, marketing communications, and related promotional purposes.
