Giveaway Rules
Eligibility to Enter

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and affiliates of MTN OPS, High Country Outfitters New Zealand, Grizz Media, Christensen Arms, Leupold, Tatle Gear, Phone Skope, Lathrop & Sons Boot Co., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, as well as their immediate family members and anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on July 7, 2026, and ends on July 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM MT (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Winner verification and selection will occur following the conclusion of the Promotion Period.

How to Enter

This giveaway is hosted exclusively on an official MTN OPS landing page.

To enter, participants must submit their name, email address, and phone number through the official giveaway entry form during the Promotion Period.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. One (1) standard entry will be awarded upon successful submission of the giveaway form.

Bonus Entries

Participants may earn additional entries through qualifying purchases made on mtnops.com during the Promotion Period. Eligible purchases placed between July 7, 2026, and July 17, 2026, will receive one (1) bonus entry for every one dollar ($1.00 USD) spent, excluding taxes, shipping charges, refunds, and discounts.

Any refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or chargeback transactions may result in the removal of associated bonus entries.

By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from MTN OPS and acknowledge that giveaway registration information may be shared with participating giveaway partners, including High Country Outfitters New Zealand, Grizz Media, Christensen Arms, Leupold, Tatle Gear, Phone Skope, and Lathrop & Sons Boot Co.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner may choose to bring one (1) guest on the hunt, but is not required to do so. Prizes and travel benefits provided to the winner and guest are outlined below. The drawing will be conducted by MTN OPS and may be filmed for promotional purposes.

The selected winner will be contacted via the email address provided during registration and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to claim the prize. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is deemed ineligible, or declines the prize, MTN OPS reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize Conditions

The New Zealand hunt is anticipated to take place during 2027 on dates determined by High Country Outfitters New Zealand and MTN OPS.

Winner and guest must possess valid passports and satisfy all travel, entry, customs, firearm transportation, and legal requirements necessary to travel to New Zealand and participate in the hunt.

Any expenses not specifically listed as included in the prize description, including but not limited to passport fees, travel insurance, baggage fees, personal purchases, additional lodging, alcohol, souvenirs, firearm permits, trophy processing, taxidermy, shipping, meat processing, and any other incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.

The winner's guest must be at least 18 years of age or meet all legal requirements necessary to participate in the hunt and travel internationally.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. MTN OPS reserves the right to substitute any prize component with another item of equal or greater value if necessary.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner and guest grant MTN OPS and participating giveaway partners permission to use their names, likenesses, photographs, video footage, hunting experience, testimonials, and related content for advertising, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes worldwide in perpetuity without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The winner and guest may be required to participate in photo and video content creation during the hunt experience.

General Rules

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of MTN OPS, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

MTN OPS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time due to fraud, technical failures, force majeure events, legal requirements, or any other circumstance that could compromise the integrity, administration, security, or fairness of the Promotion.

MTN OPS reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Liability Release

By entering, participants release and hold harmless MTN OPS, High Country Outfitters New Zealand, Grizz Media, Christensen Arms, Leupold, Tatle Gear, Phone Skope, Lathrop & Sons Boot Co., and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Promotion, acceptance of the prize, travel related to the prize, participation in hunting activities, or use or misuse of any prize component.

Participants acknowledge that hunting, firearm use, international travel, and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death, and voluntarily assume such risks.

Taxes & Prize Responsibilities

All federal, state, local, and international taxes, duties, fees, and surcharges associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. MTN OPS may issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the fair market value of the prize as required by law.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah.

Privacy

All participant information is subject to the MTN OPS Privacy Policy.

By entering, participants agree that their personal information may be collected and used by MTN OPS for the administration of the Promotion, delivery of promotional communications, winner notification, and related marketing purposes. Participants further acknowledge and consent that registration information may be shared with participating giveaway partners for marketing and promotional communications.
