KATIE KNIGHT

Katie Knight is a top athlete known for her success in endurance sports, including winning the 2021 World's Toughest Mudder and the 2022 GORUCK Games. Based in Boulder, Colorado, she trains extensively in both strength and endurance disciplines, incorporating CrossFit into her regimen. Katie enjoys trail running, mountain biking, and spending time with her golden retriever, Doug​.

Strength and Endurance Athlete:

From CrossFit to ultramarathons to hybrid competitions to Tactical Games Katie has become a successful strength and endurance athlete. She has competed in 24hr obstacle course races, SwimRun World Championships, CrossFit competitions, mountain bike races and more. She aims to promote that women can be strong, powerful, and have muscles #strengthisbeautiful

From World’s Toughest Mudder Champion to GORUCK Games Champion, Katie has competed and won some of the toughest endurance and strength events. She excels at anything she puts her mind to with grit, mental toughness, and determination.

Katie’s faith is extremely important to her and impacts her life and everything she does. Her favorite verse is Psalm 91:1 "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.” As a dedicated woman of Christ, Katie is proud to publically represent her Christian faith and is proud to partner with a company with the same beliefs.

Born and raised in Iowa, Katie seeks the challenges of the outdoors and a good hunt. Now living in Boulder, Colorado, she finds her home in the mountains and loves exploring the great outdoors. She loves to shoot her bow, go camping, and fishing.
