Giveaway Rules

Eligibility to Enter

This giveaway (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding New York, Florida, Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and affiliates of MTN OPS, along with their immediate family members and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

 

Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on April 6th, 2026 at 12:00 AM MST and ends on April 13th, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST (the “Promotion Period”). Winners will be announced on April 14th, 2026.

 

 

How to Enter

This giveaway is hosted through an official MTN OPS landing page. Participants must complete the entry form by providing their name, email address, and phone number.

Additional bonus entries are available for eligible purchases during the promotional period:

  • 25 additional entries for an eligible purchase of gear or apparel from our recent Spring Gear launch.
  • 25 additional entries for an eligible purchase of Limited Edition flavor Miami Vice in Ignite or Enduro.
  • If you purchase Limited Edition flavor Miami Vice in Ignite or Enduro and gear or apparel from our recent Spring Gear launch, this purchase will equate to 50 additional entries.

Entry form submission is required to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter or win this giveaway. Additional bonus entries for eligible purchases are available. Entries submitted after the promotional period will not be eligible.

 

 

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries. The selection will be conducted by the Administrator on April 14th, 2026.

The winner will be notified via email or phone. The winner will also be announced on social media after they have confirmed their prize. Consent to share their name will be given by the winner.

If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, they forfeit their prize, and an alternate winner will be selected. This process will continue until a winner has been confirmed.

 

 

Giveaway Prize

Alaska Fishing Adventure Experience – a fully guided fishing trip in Alaska.

Trip includes:

  • Guided fly fishing experience on the Talachulitna River
  • Travel, accommodations, meals, and necessary fishing-related expenses covered

Total prize value: approximately $8,150 per person (an estimated $6,750 for the experience, $800 for airfare, and $600 for trips)

Not included:

  • Fishing licenses, tags, or permits (if required)
  • Personal gear and apparel
  • Gratuities for guides
  • Any additional personal expenses not explicitly listed

No substitutions, cash redemption, or transfer of prizes is permitted except at the Administrator’s discretion.

 

 

General Rules

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final. All federal, state, and local laws apply. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility.

MTN OPS reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if technical issues or other factors disrupt its fairness or integrity. Any attempt to tamper with the promotion will result in disqualification.

The prize includes the fishing experience itself but does not cover any additional personal expenses beyond what is specified in the prize package.

 

 

Liability Release

Participants agree to release MTN OPS from any liability related to participation in the promotion or acceptance and use of prizes, including travel and outdoor activity risks associated with the fishing experience.

 

 

Taxes & Prize Responsibilities

All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of MTN OPS. The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. If required by law, the sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the total value of the prize awarded.

 

 

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Utah courts for disputes related to this promotion.

 

 

Privacy

Personal information collected during the promotion is subject to MTN OPS’ Privacy Policy. By entering, participants agree to the use of their information as outlined therein.
