MTN OPS 12 Million Meals Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

The MTN OPS 12 Million Meals Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, affiliates, and immediate family members of MTN OPS are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on Saturday, August 15, 2026 and ends on Monday, August 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM MST ("Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside of the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

During the Promotional Period:

• Like the official giveaway post on Instagram.
• Tag at least one (1) person in the comments.

Each unique person tagged in a separate comment counts as one (1) additional entry. There is no limit to the number of entries. Duplicate tags, fake accounts, spam comments, or the use of automated methods to enter may result in disqualification.

Winner Selection

Twelve (12) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 18, 2026.

Potential winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message and tagged on Instagram Stories. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, MTN OPS reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize

Twelve (12) winners will each receive one (1) $100 MTN OPS Gift Card.

Total prize value across twelve (12) winners: $12,000.

Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. MTN OPS reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

General Rules

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of MTN OPS, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

MTN OPS reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms & Conditions, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway.

MTN OPS also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless MTN OPS, Instagram, Meta, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

Privacy

Any information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and winner notification and will be handled in accordance with the MTN OPS Privacy Policy.
