Giveaway Rules

Eligibility to Enter

This giveaway (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and affiliates of MTN OPS and Young Powersports, as well as their immediate family members or anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on October 1, 2026, and ends on October 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Visit the official OPStober page during the Promotion Period.
2. Submit a valid email address, phone number, and all required information through the giveaway entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries submitted by the same person may be disqualified at the sole discretion of MTN OPS.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the odds of winning.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period by MTN OPS or its designated administrator.

The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry and will have 72 hours to claim the prize. If a selected winner does not respond within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

Giveaway Prize

Grand Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) 2026 Polaris Sportsman 450 H.O. 4-wheeler/ATV.

Approximate Retail Value: $10,266.91

Prize Conditions

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

The winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with accepting, transporting, registering, titling, insuring, maintaining, operating, or using the prize, including all transportation costs.

MTN OPS reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Vehicle Use, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability

The prize is a motorized all-terrain vehicle and may involve inherent risks, including, without limitation, serious bodily injury, death, property damage, collision, rollover, loss of control, or other accidents arising from or related to the possession, transportation, maintenance, or operation of the vehicle.

By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with the possession, transportation, maintenance, and use of the vehicle, whether known or unknown, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The winner is solely responsible for operating the vehicle in a safe and lawful manner and for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, registration requirements, licensing requirements, age restrictions, trail requirements, and safety requirements applicable to the vehicle and its operation.

The winner is solely responsible for determining whether the vehicle may be legally operated in the winner's jurisdiction and for obtaining any required registration, title, insurance, permits, licenses, or other documentation.

The winner is responsible for reading and following all applicable manufacturer safety instructions, warnings, and operating requirements before operating the vehicle and agrees not to operate the vehicle while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or any substance that could impair safe operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by accepting the prize, the winner releases and holds harmless MTN OPS, Young Powersports, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to the winner's acceptance, possession, transportation, maintenance, operation, or use of the vehicle, including claims arising from accident, personal injury, death, or property damage, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the released party or where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

General Rules

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of MTN OPS, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

MTN OPS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time due to technical failure, fraud, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor that could compromise the integrity, administration, security, or fairness of the giveaway.

No substitutions, cash alternatives, or transfers of the prize are permitted except at the sole discretion of MTN OPS.

Taxes & Prize Responsibilities

All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. If required by law, MTN OPS may issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of the prize awarded.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah.

Privacy

All participant information is subject to the MTN OPS Privacy Policy.

By entering, participants agree that their information may be collected and used by MTN OPS for the administration of the Promotion, winner notification, prize fulfillment, marketing communications, and related promotional purposes.
