Giveaway Rules
Eligibility to Enter
This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and affiliates of MTN OPS, HOYT, and Easton, as well as their immediate family members or anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
Promotion Period
The giveaway begins on June 30, 2026, and ends on July 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM MT (the “Promotion Period”). The winner will be contacted via email on or before July 7, 2026.
How to Enter
This giveaway is hosted exclusively on an official MTN OPS landing page.
To enter, participants must submit their name and email address through the official giveaway entry form and opt in to receive Anniversary Sale notifications from MTN OPS.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from MTN OPS. Entries submitted after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by MTN OPS or its designated administrator. The selected winner will be contacted via the email address provided and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours to claim the prize. If the selected winner does not respond within that timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Conditions
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash. MTN OPS reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any listed prize becomes unavailable.
General Rules
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of MTN OPS, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
MTN OPS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time due to technical failure, fraud, or any other factor that could compromise the integrity, administration, security, or fairness of the giveaway.
No substitutions, cash alternatives, or transfers of the prize are permitted except at the sole discretion of MTN OPS.
Liability Release
By entering, participants release and hold harmless MTN OPS, HOYT, Easton, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
Taxes & Prize Responsibilities
All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. If required by law, MTN OPS will issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of the prize awarded.
Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah.
Privacy
All participant information is subject to the MTN OPS Privacy Policy.
By entering, participants agree that their personal information may be collected and used by MTN OPS for the administration of the Promotion, delivery of Anniversary Sale communications, marketing communications, winner notification, and related promotional purposes.
