Giveaway Rules

Eligibility to Enter

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and affiliates of MTN OPS, Native Thunder Outfitters, Fowler Hide Supply, Chêne Gear, Gunner Kennels, Turtlebox Audio, and Migra Ammunitions, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

 

 

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on January 26, 2026, and ends on February 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT (the “Promotion Period”). Winner selection and notification will occur on or before February 11, 2026.

 

 

How to Enter

This giveaway is hosted exclusively on an official MTN OPS landing page.

Participants may enter by completing the required entry form on the landing page during the Promotion Period.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from MTN OPS, Native Thunder Outfitters, Fowler Hide Supply, Chêne Gear, Gunner Kennels, Turtlebox Audio, and Migra Ammunitions. Participants may unsubscribe at any time. Entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

 

 

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by MTN OPS or its designated administrator. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the selected winner fails to respond within the allotted timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

 

Giveaway Prize

Grand Prize – Approximate Total Value: $11,244+

Native Thunder Outfitters Waterfowl Hunt for (1) winner and three (3) guests

  • All-inclusive 2-day guided waterfowl hunt

  • Location: Native Thunder Outfitters, Great Bend, Kansas

  • Includes lodging, meals, and fully guided hunting

  • Scheduled for the 2026 waterfowl season (dates coordinated with winner and outfitter)

  • Estimated Value: $6,800

MTN OPS

  • MTN OPS apparel and gear outfitting for all four hunters (items include outerwear, hoodies, hats, shirts, and accessories) up to $200 for each guest and up to $500 for the winner)

Winner and guests are responsible for travel, hunting licenses, tags, and gratuities unless otherwise specified by MTN OPS.

No substitutions, transfers, or cash alternatives permitted except at the sole discretion of MTN OPS.

 

 

General Rules

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of MTN OPS, which are final and binding.

MTN OPS reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

 

 

Liability Release

By entering, participants release and hold harmless MTN OPS, Native Thunder Outfitters, all participating partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including travel-related or hunting-related risks.

 

 

Taxes & Prize Responsibilities

All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. If required by law, MTN OPS will issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the total value of the prize.

 

 

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

 

 

Privacy

All participant information is subject to the MTN OPS Privacy Policy. By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the administration of the Promotion, marketing communications, and winner announcements via email and digital platforms.
