Giveaway Rules

Eligibility to Enter

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and affiliates of MTN OPS and Weatherby as well as their immediate family members or anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

 

 

Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on November 21, 2025, and ends on December 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM MT (the “Promotion Period”). The winner will be contacted via email on or before December 4, 2025.

 

 

How to Enter

This giveaway is hosted exclusively on an official MTN OPS landing page. Participants may enter through the following methods:

  • Email entry: 1 entry

  • Every purchase made between November 21–December 2, 2025: 15 extra entries

No purchase necessary to enter or win. By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications from MTN OPS and its partners. Entries submitted after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

 

 

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by MTN OPS or its designated administrator. The selected winner will be contacted via the email provided and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the selected winner does not respond within that time frame, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Rules

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the administrator, which are final and binding.

MTN OPS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time due to technical failure, fraud, or any other factor that could compromise the integrity or fairness of the giveaway.

No substitutions, cash alternatives, or transfers of the prize are permitted except at the sole discretion of MTN OPS.

 

 

Liability Release

By entering, participants release MTN OPS and all participating partners and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, damages, injuries, or losses of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the prize.

 

 

Taxes & Prize Responsibilities

All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of MTN OPS. The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. If required by law, the sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the total value of the prize awarded.

 

 

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising under or related to this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah.

 

 

Privacy

All participant information is subject to the MTN OPS Privacy Policy. By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the administration of the giveaway and for marketing purposes by MTN OPS, including winner announcements via email and digital platforms.
