Giveaway Rules

Eligibility to Enter

This giveaway (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding New York, Florida, Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are legally eligible to possess and receive the prize awarded to them under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Employees, representatives, and affiliates of MTN OPS and participating partner brands, along with their immediate family members and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Due to varying state and local regulations regarding firearms, suppressors, and muzzleloaders, MTN OPS reserves the right to disqualify entries from jurisdictions where prize fulfillment would be prohibited or impractical.

Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on June 15, 2026, at 12:00 AM MST and ends on June 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM MST (the "Promotion Period").

Winners will be selected on and contacted June 23, 2026.

How to Enter

Participants must complete the official giveaway entry form on the MTN OPS landing page and submit a valid email address during the Promotion Period.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Social media actions including liking posts, following participating brands, tagging friends, sharing content, or commenting are encouraged for promotional purposes but are not required for entry.

Entries submitted after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

Winner Selection

Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries:

One (1) Muzzleloader Package Winner

The drawing will be conducted by MTN OPS on June 23, 2026.

Potential winners will be notified via email and/or phone using the information provided at entry.

If a selected winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Fulfillment Requirements

Any firearm, muzzleloader, suppressor, ammunition, or regulated item included in a prize package will be transferred and fulfilled in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Transfer of these prizes will be administered and directed by the participating partners, not MTN OPS.

Winners must successfully complete all required background checks, paperwork, transfers through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), and any other legal requirements necessary to receive applicable prize items.

Any costs associated with FFL transfers, permits, taxes, registration requirements, travel, or compliance with applicable laws are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise specified.

No substitutions, cash redemption, or transfer of prizes are permitted except at the sole discretion of MTN OPS.

General Rules

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of MTN OPS, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

MTN OPS reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Promotion may result in disqualification.

Liability Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless MTN OPS, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partner brands, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Participants acknowledge that hunting, shooting sports, archery, firearm ownership, suppressor ownership, and outdoor recreation involve inherent risks and assume all responsibility associated with the use of awarded products.

Taxes & Prize Responsibilities

All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, duties, transfer costs, and surcharges associated with prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

MTN OPS may require winners to complete tax documentation, including a W-9 form, prior to prize fulfillment.

Where required by law, MTN OPS will issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the fair market value of the prize awarded.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of law principles.

Participants agree that any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Utah.

Privacy

Information collected through the giveaway entry form is subject to the MTN OPS Privacy Policy.

By entering, participants consent to receiving promotional communications from MTN OPS and participating giveaway partners. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
