Giveaway Rules

Eligibility to Enter

This giveaway (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and affiliates of MTN OPS and HOYT, as well as their immediate family members or anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on November 2, 2026, and ends on November 22, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Visit the official MTN OPS Black Friday Early Access sign-up page during the Promotion Period.
2. Submit a valid email address, phone number, and all required information through the Early Access sign-up form.

By signing up for Early Access, participants will receive one (1) entry into the giveaway.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries submitted by the same person may be disqualified at the sole discretion of MTN OPS.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the odds of winning.

Winner Selection

Two (2) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period by MTN OPS or its designated administrator. One (1) winner will receive the HOYT 2027 Carbon Bow, and one (1) winner will receive the HOYT 2027 Aluminum Bow.

The selected winners will be contacted using the information provided at the time of entry and will have 72 hours to claim their respective prizes. If a selected winner does not respond within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

Giveaway Prizes

Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) of the following prizes:

• One (1) HOYT 2027 Carbon Bow. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,149.00.
• One (1) HOYT 2027 Aluminum Bow. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,449.00.

Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: $3,598.00.

Retail Pricing Disclaimer: Final retail pricing for the HOYT 2027 bows has not yet been confirmed, as this giveaway begins before the official product release. The ARVs listed above are estimates and are subject to change once final pricing is announced.

Delivery Disclaimer: The winner of the HOYT 2027 Carbon Bow should allow up to three (3) months for delivery following the product launch due to anticipated order volume and fulfillment delays.

Each winner will receive only one (1) bow. The specific bow awarded to each winner will be determined by the random selection process described above.

Prize Conditions

The prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

The winners are solely responsible for any additional costs associated with their prizes that are not expressly included, including accessories, arrows, sights, rest, stabilizers, setup, tuning, shipping, applicable fees, or other equipment and services needed for use.

MTN OPS reserves the right to substitute a prize with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Any fulfillment, shipping, or other services included with a prize are subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider.

Archery Equipment, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability

The prizes are archery equipment and may involve inherent risks, including, without limitation, personal injury, property damage, equipment failure, or other accidents arising from the possession, setup, maintenance, transportation, or use of the bows.

By accepting a prize, each winner acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with the possession, setup, maintenance, transportation, and use of the bow, whether known or unknown, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Each winner is responsible for reading and following all applicable manufacturer instructions, safety warnings, and operating guidelines before using the bow. Winners agree to use the equipment responsibly, in accordance with manufacturer instructions, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by accepting a prize, each winner releases and holds harmless MTN OPS, HOYT, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to the winner's acceptance, possession, setup, maintenance, transportation, or use of the bow, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the released party or where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

General Rules

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of MTN OPS, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

MTN OPS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time due to technical failure, fraud, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor that could compromise the integrity, administration, security, or fairness of the giveaway.

No substitutions, cash alternatives, or transfers of the prizes are permitted except at the sole discretion of MTN OPS.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

Taxes & Prize Responsibilities

All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Winners may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. If required by law, MTN OPS may issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of the prize awarded.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah.

Privacy

All participant information is subject to the MTN OPS Privacy Policy.

By entering, participants agree that their information may be collected and used by MTN OPS for the administration of the Promotion, winner notification, prize fulfillment, marketing communications, and related promotional purposes. Participants who sign up for Black Friday Sale Early Access may also receive promotional communications from MTN OPS, subject to applicable privacy laws and communication preferences.
