Challenge Overview

The MTN OPS Conquer 90 Fitness Challenge (“Challenge”) is a 90-day transformation competition focused on physical improvement, discipline, and personal growth. By entering the Challenge, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you may not participate or be eligible for prizes.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of MTN OPS, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion partners, and their immediate household or family members are not eligible.
No purchase necessary.
Void where prohibited by law.

Challenge Period

The Challenge begins January 12, 2026, and ends April 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST (“Challenge Period”).
All submission deadlines must be met to remain eligible.

How to Enter

1. Online Entry

Complete the official sign-up form at:

Deadline: January 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST

2. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required)

Mail a 3” x 5” postcard with your name, address, email, phone number, and required submission photos (see submission guidelines below) to:

Limit one entry per person regardless of entry method.
Incomplete, late, or illegible entries will not be accepted.

Submission Requirements

To qualify for the Grand Prize, participants must complete all required submissions and upload all materials through the official submission form at mtnops.com/conquer-90-challenge.

Initial Submission

Due between Dec 29, 2025 – January 11, 2026 (closes 11:59 PM MST)
Must include:

Front and side photos (no baggy clothing)
A visible handwritten note on paper held or positioned in each image that includes: “Conquer 90 Challenge,” the current date, and your current weight.
Personal goals and your reason for participating

Final Submission

Due between April 11–13, 2026 (closes 11:59 PM MST on the 13th)
Must include:

Final front and side photos (no baggy clothing)
A visible handwritten note in each image that includes the current date, and your current weight.
A written summary of your personal transformation

Both the initial and final submissions are required for Grand Prize eligibility.
All materials must be submitted via the official form at mtnops.com/conquer-90-challenge.

Conquer 90 Registration Giveaway (Train Inside, Conquer Outside Giveaway)

Participants who register for the Conquer 90 Challenge during the official registration period (December 29, 2025 – January 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST) via mtnops.com/conquer-90-challenge and engage with the Conquer 90 community by joining the Conquer More MTN OPS Facebook Group will be entered into the Conquer 90 Registration Giveaway.

This giveaway features a premium prize package valued at approximately $2,659.95, provided in partnership with:

The Conquer More MTN OPS Facebook Group serves as a central hub for community support, challenge updates, and important announcements. MTN OPS understands that some participants may not utilize Facebook; eligibility for the giveaway will still be honored for those who complete all required registration steps during the registration window.

Participation in this giveaway does not impact eligibility for the Conquer 90 Challenge Grand Prize or Semi-Finalist awards.

Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants on or around January 16, 2026. The selected winner will have forty-eight (48) hours from the time of notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the allotted timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of MTN OPS.

Prize Conditions

All prize package contents and approximate retail values are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of MTN OPS.

Content Rules & Restrictions

All submissions must:

Be in English or include an English translation
Contain original content with proper rights and permissions
Not violate any copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights
Not include harmful, offensive, obscene, or illegal content
Not reference individuals or organizations without written permission

MTN OPS may disqualify any submission at its sole discretion.
By entering, participants grant MTN OPS a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, reproduce, and distribute their submission materials for administration, marketing, and promotional purposes. Confidentiality is not guaranteed.

Mayhem Hunt App Access (Additional Benefit)

Participants receive 90 days of free access to the Mayhem Hunt training app.

Winner Selection

A panel of five (5) qualified judges selected by MTN OPS will evaluate participants based on:

Overall physical transformation
Depth and impact of their personal transformation story across the physical, mental, spiritual, and social pillars

All judging decisions are final and binding.

General Rules

By entering, participants agree:

To follow all Challenge rules and these Terms & Conditions
Not to tamper with the entry or submission process
Not to use bots, automated systems, or third-party services

MTN OPS reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge
Disqualify participants who violate the rules
Verify eligibility and submission materials

MTN OPS is not responsible for:

Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete submissions
Technical or network errors
Any injury, damage, or loss related to participation or prize use

Liability Release

By participating, you release MTN OPS, its partners, officers, employees, and agents from all liability related to:

Participation in the Challenge
Use of fitness programs, tools, or information provided
Use or misuse of any prize
Injury, loss, or damages of any kind

Consult a medical professional before beginning any fitness program.
In an emergency, call 911 immediately.

Taxes & Prize Responsibility

All applicable federal, state/provincial, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
Winners may be required to complete tax documentation as required by law.

Choice of Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Utah state courts unless subject to binding arbitration.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at entry by May 8, 2026.
Winners must respond within 72 hours, or an alternate winner may be selected.
Winners will also be announced via email and MTN OPS social channels.

Privacy

Participant information is subject to the MTN OPS Privacy Policy.
By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, transformation story, and submission materials for marketing and promotional purposes.
