Promotion Overview

The Winter Lock-In Challenge (the “Promotion”) is a 10-week community-based challenge hosted within the MTN OPS Conquer More Community Facebook group, beginning October 12, 2026 and ending December 20, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of MTN OPS, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

Participants earn entries by participating in the weekly challenge activities within the MTN OPS Conquer More Community Facebook group.

Weekly Entry

  • Participants who share their progress, reflection, participation, or other qualifying engagement in the Facebook group during a given week will receive one (1) entry for that week.
  • Each participant may receive a maximum of one (1) entry per week, regardless of the number of qualifying posts or comments submitted.
  • A participant may earn up to ten (10) total entries during the Promotion Period, one (1) for each week.
  • Participants may earn their weekly entry at any point during the applicable week.
  • Posting in the Facebook group during a given week counts as one (1) entry into that week’s $50 MTN OPS gift card drawing and one (1) entry into the final random drawing for the Grand Prize.
  • Participants may earn a maximum of ten (10) Grand Prize entries, one (1) for each week of the Promotion.
  • Weekly prize winners remain eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.
  • A participant who wins a $50 MTN OPS gift card may not win another weekly $50 gift card during the Promotion, but remains eligible to win the Grand Prize.

Participation in the challenge activities themselves is encouraged but is not required beyond the qualifying group engagement needed to earn a weekly entry.

Challenge Structure

The Promotion consists of ten (10) weekly challenges designed to help participants identify, build, and maintain positive habits leading into 2027.

Winner Selection

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible Grand Prize entries received during the Promotion Period.

The random drawing will be conducted by MTN OPS. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All decisions are final.

Weekly Giveaway Prizes

  • 10 weekly winners
  • Prize: $50 MTN OPS gift card
  • Total weekly giveaway value: $500

Grand Prize

One winner will receive their choice of one of the following prizes:

  • Leupold BX-4 Pro Guide HD Gen 2 10x42mm binoculars: $599.99
  • YETI Tundra 110 Cooler: $575.00
  • Kings Camo jacket and bottoms set up to $600.00
  • And a $500 MTN OPS gift card.

Approximate total retail value of the Grand Prize: $1,100.00

The Grand Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. MTN OPS reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via Facebook within 72 hours following the final drawing on December 21st, 2026. If the selected winner cannot be contacted via Facebook or fails to respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions

MTN OPS reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

MTN OPS reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in behavior that is disruptive, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.

Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless MTN OPS and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
