COPYWRITER POSITION

COPYWRITER POSITION

Company overview

MTN OPS was founded with the mission to IMPROVE THE LIVES OF INDIVIDUALS and FAMILIES, in everything we do. Our core focus is on helping people improve their ability to perform in whatever drives them and we accomplish this primarily by offering industry leading products that help them with more energy and better nutrition.

General Summary of Position

Create and write the copy for all company communications ranging from our website to direct to consumer advertisements. Insure a consistent voice across the entire brand.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Brand Strategy

Help articulate and create the brand voice and how we speak to customers

Prepare copy that addresses the various customer segments of the company

Messaging and Creative Development

Prepare copy for all marketing platforms: Email, Web / Product Pages, Social Media, Ad Copy / Paid Social

Prepare and write the copy for product packaging and user manuals

Assist in writing copy for Dealer Sales, promotions, and overall communication

Assist in writing and creating video presentations of products and training programs

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent verbal, written communication skills required

Critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills required.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Self-starter and result driven

Education and Experience Requirements

3+ years of experience in copywriting Direct Response and/or Brand advertisements

BA/BS degree in Business or Public Relations with an emphasis in English, Marketing, or a related field

Outdoor and Fitness Experience Preferred

Reporting

Reports directly to VP of Marketing

Compensation

40K+ (DOE) + Bonus

Benefits: 50% of employee’s healthcare costs

RETAIL EVENTS MANAGER

RETAIL EVENTS MANAGER

Our core focus is on helping people improve their ability to perform in whatever drives them and we accomplish this primarily by offering industry leading products that help them with more energy and better nutrition.

General Summary of Position

This position is responsible for supporting the trade and consumer events by overseeing all planning, logistics, and fulfillment needs in the following areas:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure that all consumer and trade shows are:

Scheduled / confirmed locations

Resourced with personnel, both internally and external

Logistic and shipping—Including airfare, hotels and per diems

Supplied with sufficient product and gear for display and sale

Complete with a presentable booth design and components (cash register, signage, sign ups)

Support the Tier 3 / Select Ambassador program, by:

Sending out a monthly email with upcoming events, opportunities, product education and launches

Inviting them to participate in events, and ensure they are compensated

Communicating with ambassadors via email and phone for code setup, customer service

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

High school diploma

Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment, under pressure with tight deadlines

Proven ability to multitask, detailed-oriented, efficient and with strong customer service skills

Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

Mission oriented and results driven personality

Independent and quick self-learner

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient Microsoft office knowledge

Reports directly to the Director of Events Marketing
