General Summary of Position

● This position is responsible for going above and beyond to provide exceptional support and motivation for all in-store and online MTN OPS customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

● Know and illustrate our core values in everything we do
● Professional communication with all MTN OPS customers and the MTN OPS team
● Greet all in-store customers promptly, and assist customers with their requests
● Respond to inquiries from accounts and consumers regarding products, orders and account information, and offer technical advice either by phone or email
● Strive to resolve all problems timely and without escalation
● Able to multitask through several different programs & platforms efficiently
● Communicate and maintain a positive relationship between MTN OPS and its customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

● 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service role
● Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment, under pressure with tight deadlines
● Strong customer service skills
● Proven ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and efficient
● Positive attitude
● Knowledge of all product purposes, details, and ingredients
● Competent typing and verbal abilities
● Mission-oriented and results-driven personality
● Independent and quick self-learner
● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● Reports to Candice Velarde and Heather Steffen

● Weekly customer service

Compensation

● Hourly pay
