Our mission here at MTN OPS is to improve the lives of individuals and families, and our new CONQUER CODE gives you the foundation to accomplish that! We’ve been utilizing this exact program internally for the last couple of years here at MTN OPS, and after seeing the success that it has brought to all of our lives, we just had to make it available to everyone!

This challenge focuses on bringing a balanced effort in the essential areas of life (Spiritual, Physical, Mental, and Social) - which gives us the most significant opportunity for growth outside the physical aspect of life. By following the tasks given in each of the 4 CORE QUADRANTS below. At the end of each month, we’ll pick (5) random submissions to win a $500 MTN OPS Gift Card or something equally as awesome!

THREE STRIKES AND YOU’RE OUT!
We get it; life’s busy. If you miss a day, it isn’t the end of the world, simply double up on your tasks on the next day, but after (3) strikes, you’ve got to start the phase over. Remember to be honest, as this is all about improving YOU!

Phase 1 30 days

PHASE 1 is all about building the foundation for this program. Each day you’re going to do (1) task in the four quadrants and as you progress into each phase you’re essentially adding another task to each day in those four quadrants. Here is your tasks for the next 30 Days.

  • Each day commit to 10-15 minutes of prayer, meditation, scripture study or a combination
  • Each day commit to 30-45 minutes workout (pick 1 day to rest). Need help? Check out our FREE WORKOUT PROGRAMS.
  • Choose a diet and commit to it! If you need help finding a diet contact one of our FITNESS SPECIALIST.
  • Each day commit to reading 10-15 pages of a great book. You can either choose your own or follow along with us in our Book Club in our Conquer More Facebook Group. JOIN GROUP
  • Twice a week use #CONQUERMORE to share something positive about your journey on social media. If you don’t use social media, simply send your positive thought to a friend via text.
Phase 2 60 days

PHASE 2 is all about building upon what you've done in the last 30 days and adding (1) additional task to each of the four quadrants for the next 60 days.

  • Each day commit to 10-15 minutes of prayer, meditation, scripture study or a combination
  • 100% Honesty & Integrity in everything you do.
  • Each day commit to 30-45 minutes workout (pick 1 day to rest). Need help? Check out our FREE WORKOUT PROGRAMS.
  • Choose a diet and commit to it! If you need help finding a diet contact one of our FITNESS SPECIALIST.
  • Take a weekly progress picture
  • Each day commit to reading 10-15 pages of a great book. You can either choose your own or follow along with us in our Book Club in our Conquer More Facebook Group. JOIN GROUP
  • Write in a gratitude journal daily.
  • Twice a week use #CONQUERMORE to share something positive about your journey on social media. If you don’t use social media, simply send your positive thought to a friend via text.

Phase 3 90 days

You're a rockstar and you already know what to do. for PHASE 3 you're going to come up with your own additional task to add to each CORE QUADRANT to accomplish during the next 90 days.

Taking photos during your journey is a crucial part in seeing your results. You may not see anything immediately but as you look back through each phase you'll be amazed by the transformation that unfolds. When it comes to taking these photos here are some things to keep in mind:

  1. NEVER feel the need to show skin. Make it easy to take the photos in your workout wear.
  2. Step back and get a clear head-to-toe shot with some empty space
  3. Take a front, side & back photo
  4. MOST IMPORTANT- Don't forget to smile!

Keeping track of your progress can be a hassle. Luckily we've made a single-page PDF that you can print off and place somewhere that you'll check daily to keep track of your progress throughout your journey. For those who want to share your progress on your social accounts like Instagram, we are providing social assets for you to download to share with your followers!
